Round about the family hotel

The wild park Assling is located on the sunny plateau in the Puster valley, about an hour from the family hotel Replerhof. More than 100 animals and 30 different species live in the 80.000 square metre game reserve, covering forests and meadows belonging to the Pedretscher hof. With a bit of luck and patience families may discover one of the strong but shy deer. The summer toboggan run is adjacent to the park.

The petting zoo and forest playground of the mountain restaurant ‘Moos-Alm’ near Lienz is about 45 minutes away from the family hotel Replerhof. The children can watch the dwarf goats and chickens, stroke the rabbits and wild ducks, while Mum and Dad relax on the terrace of the mountain hut. The mountain restaurant takes about an hour to walk to on a pleasant footpath or take the double chair lift Hochstein.

Located approx. 15 minutes from the family hotel Replerhof, is the cable car for the Großglockner resort. The modern lift carries families within 15 minutes up to an altitude of 2.150 meters. Once arrived you can enjoy the mountainous region of the largest national park in middle Europe. One outstanding highlight is the eagle lounge, at a lofty height of 2.421 m it offers breathtaking views of over 100 three thousand metre summits.
