We use meat from our own organic farm, eggs from neighbouring farms, and milk products from Tirolean dairies. In the family hotel Replerhof you can savour the delights from morning til night: The day begins with a varied breakfast from the buffet. At lunch time we prepare crispy salads and tasty soups, in the afternoon coffee and cake or an afternoon snack. The crowning glory of the culinary journey through the day is the evening menu with a choice of dishes and a cheese board. We take into consideration the tastes of our youngest guests and cook accordingly.
