Cancellation conditions
Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. After that the following cancellation fees apply:
✓ up to 1 month before the arrival date 40 % of the total arrangement price
✓ up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price
✓ in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price.
✓ as of the day of arrival 100 % of the total arrangement price.
We recommend the „European Travel Insurance".
